Atton is a 3rd grader at HPS. He is a great example of a classroom leader. He tries his best to follow directions the first time they are given. He gives his full attention and best effort when practicing reading our weekly word RAN deck. He is a great partner to his peers and makes sure to stay on task. Even if things are tricky he is always willing to give them a try. This week, he was working on typing his final draft of his paragraph. It was tricky but he stuck to it, and produced some of his BEST work!

Due to the weather forecast that is predicted to diminish conditions rapidly and greatly impact afternoon travel, Hillsdale Preparatory School will be CLOSED on Friday, January 12th.

To celebrate the New Year Mrs. Medrano's students wrote resolutions. Students wrote things like they wanted to make more friends, learn a new skill and be kinder in 2024.

The January Pillar of the Month is Responsibility.
